2. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps for returning the item and place a new order for the replacement product. Exchanges are subject to availability.
