- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (local time).
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that the delivery time begins once the order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently only ship to physical addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
4. International Shipping
At this time, Lushcite only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international customers and will update our policy when available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by following the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, Lushcite is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist you with tracking updates.
7. Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If you qualify for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically during checkout. Free shipping promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined in the promotion details.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Lushcite is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
